We are proud to report that the MOL MOVE application was awarded with a prestigious award at the Loyalty Expo held in the United States on September 20.
Loyalty360 is an association that scrutinizes the customer loyalty programs and activities of various global brands, and then awards the Loyalty 360 award to the best based on various criteria every year.
The awards recognize those brands that build strong and loyal relationships with their customers in a proactive and meaningful way – and of course all this in a measurable way. Loyalty360 awarded the finalists in ten categories, each representing a characteristic aspect of the focus on customer loyalty.
The MOL MOVE application won a gold medal in the “Incentive and Reward Design” category. Other prize winners of the competition include such global brands as Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, Adidas, and McDonald’s.
