Eventsbox, a mobile app developed by Astron Informatics Ltd., is an innovative communication tool used at events. It has already been implemented by large international companies like Erste Bank and Coca-Cola. The later introduced it at an internal conference with 500 participants, and received quite a positive feedback.
Eventsbox is a mobile app that opens up a new and innovative communication channel between the organizers and the participants of an event. All information related to a certain event can be found in one place, in the application. Thanks to its interactive features tough, it’s much more than a brochure, where one can read about the details of an event.
Participants can share the photos they took at the event, they can choose which programs they wish to participate in, and event rate them afterwards. Organizers can handle registration through the app, they can organize games and even send real-time push notifications directly to every participants’ phone before, during and after the event.
Coca-Cola HBC Hungary introduced the app this spring at an internal conference, where they had 500 participants. They asked people to download the app 2 weeks prior to the event, and they gradually uploaded more and more information, so participants were motivated to check the app frequently.
‘We consider it a great result that each and every one of the participants downloaded the application, which allowed us to totally substitute email communication with the app. We received a huge amount of positive feedback, our colleagues were happy that we introduced such an innovative and useful new tool.’ – said Ádám Zahovay, lead event organizer at Coca-Cola HBC Hungary.
