This year we participated at the international Gitex conference in Dubai. The event has grown to be one of the most influential tech events on the planet with participants arriving from all over the world. We are very proud that this year, our team was there as well with our new mobile app QSaver designed to make queue management systems more efficient using mobile technology mainly in banks, hospitals and basically anywhere, where queuing is an issue.
The application allows customers to join a virtual queue even before they arrive, saving highly valuable time and improving service efficiency. It allows service providers to offer a modern, more practical solution to one of the most dissatisfactory aspects of modern life – queuing and waiting, thus improving customer experience and satisfaction.
