Developing Yettel's Self-Service Mobile Application

The Challenge

Yettel Hungary, a leading telco provider, needed to create a seamless, user-friendly mobile application that would serve as the primary self-service channel for their millions of customers. The goal was to build an app that not only offered core functionalities like account management and billing  

but also provided advanced digital services to meet the evolving needs of modern users. The app had to be intuitive, secure, and capable of handling millions of transactions daily, ensuring reliability and high performance.

Our Solution

In close collaboration with Yettel, we developed a robust self-service mobile application
designed to deliver a comprehensive user experience. Key features and solutions include:

Account Management

Users can effortlessly manage their top-ups, check their balance, and adjust services.

Payment and Value-Added Services (VAS)

The app integrates secure in-app payment options for bill payments, top-ups, and subscriptions, alongside new VAS like parking, freeway pass purchases, and more.

Digital Product Integration

We enabled the introduction of a fully digital mobile plan, allowing users to activate and manage services entirely online. This involved technical integration, including eSIM activation, online contract management, and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, ensuring smooth and secure digital onboarding.

Mobile Protection (NetPajzs)

A key addition to the app is Mobile Protection (NetPajzs), offering a user-friendly way for customers to activate and manage essential security services like anti-virus protection and secure browsing, enhancing users' safety and peace of mind while using the app.

The Yettel mobile app has become the number one customer channel for Yettel, providing millions of users with a convenient, efficient, and secure way to manage their services. With high ratings and continuous updates, the app remains a central part of Yettel’s digital ecosystem.
