We are pleased to announce significant leadership changes at Astron Informatics. Kelemen Ákos, co-founder of the company, has been appointed as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ákos’s vision, commitment, and leadership have been pivotal in shaping the company, and we are excited to continue our journey under his guidance.
In addition to this leadership transition, we are pleased to announce that Matyóka Csaba has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has been with the company for a few years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. We look forward to his leadership in this important position.
At the same time, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Attila Kovács, our outgoing CEO, who has served in this role for an extraordinary 25 years. Fekete Katalin, Astron’s former CFO, stepped down from her role as well. Their leadership has been instrumental in the company’s success, and their legacy will continue to inspire us as they transition to spend more time with their family. We wish him all the best in this next chapter of their life.
