The Agile Practice Guide book is the Hungarian edition of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Practice Guide. Astron Informatics Ltd. is among the companies supporting the Hungarian edition.

This book, which fills a gap in our country, gives a current summary of the rapidly developing and spreading innovative trend of project management, agile project management. It helps to understand, evaluate and use agile and hybrid approaches. It provides practical guidance on when, where and how to apply agile approaches, as well as practical methods and tools for professionals and organizations to increase their agility.

The publication was compiled in coordination with other PMI standards. The book contains a state-of-the-art presentation of the agile approach (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Scrumban, etc.) as a result of the collaboration between the Project Management Institute and the Agile Alliance®.

“We consider it important to use the most up-to-date technology and the most up-to-date work methods in our work in the areas where we have the opportunity to do so. Since we ourselves use these approaches, we were happy to support the Hungarian edition of the Agile practice guide.” – said Dr. Attila Kovács, managing director of Astron Informatics Ltd.
