On November 27, 2017, the Natural Gas Section of the Hungarian Energy Traders’ Association held its last regular meeting this year in the headquarter of Astron Informatics Ltd.
After the first item on the agenda was successfully and quickly dealt with, the second one was the the status assesment of the bilateral trading of gas capacity and the use of the platform developed for HETA. The IT platform supporting bilateral trading of gas capacity process developed by Astron Informatics Ltd. was presented to the participants by Nóra Huszti, Business Analyst of Astron, thereafter Zoltán Jacsó, Director of the Energy Applications Business Unit, replied to the questions posed by the participants. In the view of the participants, the platform works well and is capable of serving the needs generated by the members of HETA. During the conversation, great ideas were came up to improve the functionality of the system. As a result of the lively conversation, participants agreed on that more emphasis would be put on the use of the platform in the future. These presents also agreed that the use of the software will be reviewed by the members at each meeting of the Natural Gas Section.
At this efficient event system users were widely represented: beside a large number of traders license holder, representatives of production license holder and storage license holder, were among the participants.
