This year, we participated with our new application at the event organized by T-Systems Hungary, Symposium which is considered to be one of the most influential business events in Hungary where visitors were able to see a number of IT solutions shaping the future.
T-Systems has organized its annual event called the Symposium for the fourth year in a row. This year, we participated at the conference with our business partners, T-Systems Hungary and Eastron Ltd. We showed the visitors how we see the future of queue management systems in the banking sector.
The Astron team displayed our new mobile application which allows clients to join a virtual queue even before they arrive to the bank, thus saving valuable time. Furthermore, in the future, clients will also be able to start the administration process on their mobile phone as well. The app allows banks to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction, gain valuable data and analytics and also place targeted promotions.
